Summary.  The analysis of a level of neopterin, tumor necrosis factor-a, interleukin-10 in whey of blood of the children with rheumatoid arthritis is carried out at the moment of an aggravation of disease and during clinicalremition. The received data are about that, that the change of their level associates with a degree of activity of pathological process.
