Summary. out. Levels of pain, fatigue and sleep disturbance were estimated, visual and acoustical memory were determined. It is established, that the melatonin level at 4 o 'clock in the morning in blood plasma is considerably decreased in patients with fibromyalgia whereas at 8 o'clock in the morning only the tendency to decrease was registered. In patients with fibromyalgia the increase in blood proinflammatory cytokine IL-8 (by 10%) is registered and the reduction of anti-inflammatory cytokines IL-10 — by 8%, thus index of IL-8/IL-10 increases by 21 %.
