THE EXPERIENCE OF DRUG HYALUAL ARTRO APPLICATION IN TREATMENT OF PATIENTS WITH KNEE OSTEOARTHRITIS

Summary. The efficiency of preparation Hyalual ARTRO application in patients with knee osteoar-thritis of ІІ — ІІІ radiological stage was studied. High efficiency and safety of drugs' intraarticular injection three times in one knee with a break in one week was established. After 1-2 injections the intensity of pain syndrome reduced significantly, the estimation of a patients' general health the by the doctor improved, the time of fixed distance passage decreased, the patients necessity in lexapro NSAIDs reduced. Distinct tendency of index HAQ reduction and improvement in the function of joints according by the questionnaire WOMAC was observed. Any adverse event during Gialual ARTRO the application of wasn't noted.
