ULTRASOUND DIFFERENTIAL — DIAGNOSTIC CRITERIA OF EARLY STAGES OF KNEE`S RHEUMATIC DISEASES

Summary. This study demonstrated the high efficiency of ultrasound examination of the joints in the differential diagnosis of early stages of rheumatic diseases, such as: osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, reactive arthritis and gouty arthritis. The article identifies the main difference diagnostic features of these pathologies, visual ultrasound changes in the structure of the knee with each of these diseases demonstrated illustratively.
