Optimisation of swelling and inflammatory joint syndromes’ treatment in patients with rheumatic joint diseases: the evidence-based data and experience in Ukraine
Summary. The current data on application of systemic enzymotherapy (SET) in the treatment of the most frequent rheumatic joint diseases (RJD) — osteoarthritis (ОА) and rheumatoid arthritis (RА) are presented. The evidence-based data concerning SET influence on the basic pathogenetic mechanisms of RJD are given. On the basis of world experience and results of own researches efficacy and safety of SET application were proved for RA and OA treatment, as well as comorbid cardiovascular pathology.
