INFLUENCE OF ANTI-INFLAMMATORY DRUGS ON BONE MINERAL DENSITY ON THE LITERATURE INFORMATION

Summary. In these article the current literature review is presented, describing molecular and cellular mechanisms of bone remodelation. Influence of NSAIDs and symptomatic slow acting drugs for osteoarthritis — SYSADOA (chondroitin sulfate, glucosamin sulfate) on the bone mineral density is analysed. The data from clinical researches presented contradictory influences of NSAIDs on the bone mineral density. The own research data of influence of diclofenac and nimesulide on the bone mineral density in patients with gonarthrosis are shown.
