Summary. The article presents the summarized clinical experience and some clinical features of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) on its initial stage in children during the period of sexual maturation. Сlinical and laboratory manifestations of disease latter on are described. Treatment approaches used for SLE patients are presented. The disease course under the therapy in next 5 years of the disease course is described.
