CHANGES OF IСAM-1 LEVEL IN THE BLOOD OF PATIENTS WITH RHEUMATOID ARTHRITIS
Summary. Summary. Objective — to determine the change of intercellular adhesive molecule (ICAM-1) concentration in blood of 78 patients with rheumatoid arthritis according to gender, age, disease duration, disease activity and the presence of antibodies against cyclic citrullinated peptides. Established: changes in the ICAM-1 level in the blood of patients with rheumatoid arthritis is independent of gender and age, ICAM-1 concentration was higher in patients with short disease duration, with a higher disease activity and in patients with the presence of antibodies cyclic citrullinated peptide.
