Diagnostic difficulties of systemicsclerosis

Summary. Summary. In article clinical, laboratory, tool, morphological methods of patients examination with suspicion on a system sclerosis (SSc) are analysed. Results of clinical supervision of rapid progressing current SSc in 37-year old man are presented. In article the clinical picture of disease, results of laboratory, instrumental and histologic researches are provided. Possible difficulties in SSc diagnostic procedure in case of disease specific markers absence are shown. Conclusions are created and recommendations about management of patients with a similar clinical picture are provided.
