Avascular bone tissue necrosis in rheumatology

Summary. The recent scientific data about avascular bone necrosis in rheumatology are presented in the article. Incomplete knowledge of this problem by physicians, latent course of the disease, the absence of direct specific symptoms, pain syndrome peculiarities, long functional joint capacity, which create an impression of clinical prosperity, make the research of the condition actual.
