Summary. Summary. The authors describes a clinical case of undifferentiated connective tissue dysplasia (UDCTD), in 19 years old girl. These dysplasia can be hereditary in nature (often with signs of autosomal-dominant inheritance pattern). UDCTD is diagnosed when a patients genetic set do not fit with any of the connective tissue diseases. This pathology is widely distributed, but it’s rarely diagnosed by physicians. On the basis of UDCTD the various chronic diseases progressed. A detailed clinical description of the case, laboratory and instrumental findings, mistakes and the way to the correct diagnostic of the disease.
