NON-RADIOGRAPHIC AXIAL SPONDYLOARTHRITIS: DIAGNOSIS AND TREATMENT

Summary. Summary. One of the important items in verifying the early diagnosis and effective cure was the appearance of the special definition for patients with spondyloarthritis without structural changes in sacro-iliac joints — non-radiographic axial spondyloarthritis (nr-ASpA). In the present study analyzed data which can helpin early diagnosis verifying, providing methodological approaches and optimizing the treatment of patients with ASpA, according to the results obtained in the clinical trial, including data from ABILITY-1.
