Efficiency of systemic enzyme therapy in correction of metabolic disorders and peripherical arteries functional disorders in patients with metabolic syndrome and osteoarthritis

Summary. Summary. The data of systemic enzyme therapy (SET) efficiency in prevention and progression of systemic inflammation, metabolic disorders and peripheral arteries functional disorders in patients with metabolic syndrome (MS) and osteoarthritis (OA) are presented in article. We detected an evidence of chronic inflammation, hyperglycaemia, high-atherogenic dyslipidemia, endothelial dysfunction in all patients with MS and OA. Treatment with SET during 6 month period resulted in normalizing of systemic inflammation, metabolic disorders and plasma atherogenic capacity with following restoration of endothelial function оn macrovascular and microvascular levels, what was appeared in normalizing of flow mediated vasodilation.
