Summary. The authors describe a clinical case of sickle-cell disease, rheumatic manifestations of the disease. Patients witht his disease in Ukraine are rare, and there are some difficulties in its diagnosis. Is shown detailed clinical description of the event, laboratory and instrumental manifestations and the path to correct interpretation of rheumatic manifestations of the disease.
