The problem of transferring a patient with juvenile rheumatoid arthritis from child to adult rheumatologist

Summary. The article raised the problem of transfer patients with JRA who reached adulthood, to adult rheumatologists. Several possible options for transferring the patient from pediatrist to adult rheumatologist. The focus on the features of the classification and treatment of patients with JRA was made. The focus on the features of the classification and treatment of patients with JRA was paid. Particular attention was paid to glucocorticoid-induced osteoporosis in adult patients with JRA. Proposed the creation of a team of doctors, under the supervision of whom must be an adult patient with a history of JRA, with the participation of adult rheumatologist, an ophthalmologist with experience in the management of patients with active uveitis, orthopedist, osteoporologist, psychologist, physiotherapist.
