Summary. The article presents the results of the study the formation of osteoarthritis (OA) and comorbid processes in age, gender and prognostic aspects within three years of observation in 312 patients. It was established that with age grow numerically comorbidity phenomena, their duration and severity, particularly in women, increases the need for interdisciplinary interactions in the major in terms of diagnosis and treatment, medical programs are created in case of polypragmasy and adverse effects of drugs. In terms of prognostic growing need for increased attention to intensive prevention of cardiovascular and gastrointestinal events. More often met and require proper attention components of the metabolic syndrome, and endocrinopathy (diabetes type 2 and hypothyroidism), which significantly worsen the clinical manifestations and course of OA and comorbid processes.
