Summary. Summary. Juvenile idiopathic arthritis combines all forms of chronic arthritis of unknown cause that last more than 6 weeks in children up to 16 years old. The paper presents analysis of North American (ACR), European (EULAR) and modern International League of Associations of Rheumatologists (ILAR) classifications of juvenile idiopathic arthritis.
