Human immunoglobulin administration in patients with Behcet’s syndrome

Summary. A clinical report of a patient with Behcet’s syndrome. Clinical manifestations — hemorrhagic rash and necrotic ulcers on both shins, as well as ulcers on the mucous membrane of the mouth and excruciating intense pain in the lower limbs, which were not removed by any analgesic agents, including opiates. For the first time described treatment of Behcet’s syndrome by human immunoglobulin.
