INFLAMMATION WITH HEART FAILURE: MECHANISMS OF DEVELOPMENT AND TREATMENT

Summary. The results of the study in patients with chronic heart failure (CHF) of the complex of markers and proteins of the acute phase in dynamics, suggest that the inflammation is located in the intermediate tissue of the organs with the most expressed congestive phenomena. This is confirmed by the development of liver cirrhosis and pulmonary infertility in patients: according to actual invastigation, the development of connective tissue is a consequence of the chain of inflammation → fibrosis. Pharmacotherapy CHF reduces the activity of inflammation.
