Summary. The article summarizes literature data on clinical manifestations of psoriatic arthritis, the main approaches to its treatment. The role and place of synthetic basic drugs and biological agents, the main purpose of which is to reduce the activity of the disease and suppress the radiological progression of psoriatic arthritis, is defined.
