The value of lupus anticoagulant and RNP-70 autoantibodies in the diagnosis of post-covid arthritis

Summary. In a study of 5 people with post-COVID arthritis and 15 people with lupus anticoagulant-associated reactive post-viral arthritis, tipical clinical signs were resented: asymmetric arthritis with swelling of peri-articular tissues significantly extending beyond the joint area, the presence of lymphocytosis, positive lupus anticoagulant and RNP-70 autoantibodies. and responds well to treatment with methylprednisolone. All cases responded well to methylprednisolone 4 mg daіly and did not require anticoagulant therapy.
