AVAILABILITY OF HIGH-COST MEDICINES FOR THE TREATMENT OF RHEUMATIC DISEASES IN CHILDREN IN UKRAINE DURING MARTIAL ARTS (FIRST RESULTS OF THE ADRU STUDY)

Summary. The article presents data on the main mechanisms for financing high-cost immunobiological drugs used in the treatment of patients with rheumatic diseases in children. The first results of the study by the Association of Pediatric Rheumatologists of Ukraine on the provision of immunobiological drugs to patients with juvenile arthritis are shown. The negative dynamics of its indicators during martial law are emphasized (60.4% of full provision in the regions when continuing treatment and 53.6% in cases where treatment correction is necessary). The need to improve the mechanisms for providing patients with high-cost medications is identified. The main tasks of the Association of Pediatric Rheumatologists of Ukraine to achieve this goal are formulated.
