Summary. The contribution of vitamin deficiency in anaemic syndrome in patients with SLE was studied. In patients with anaemia in 50,9–63,7% were registered normal supply of vitamin B2, B6, B12, marginal — in 14,7–20,6%, deficit — in 19,7–34,4%. With increasing severity of anaemia increases the number of patients with vitamins failure. There are differences in the provision of vitamins B2, B6 and B12, depending on the type of anaemic syndrome. 26–29,4% patients with AHD had vitamins deficiency, in group AHD with iron deficiency — 25,9–37%, and in patients with IDA — 12–40%.
